Tear the wet paper into pieces, spread them on a seedbed with finely crumbled soil, cover with a thin layer of soil, and water thoroughly. Keep consistently moist so the seeds can germinate and penetrate the paper.
Be patient, because it can take a while before the first sprouts emerge from the soil.
in a pot
Vous pouvez aussi faire prégermer le papier ensemencé à l’intérieur, dans un pot.
Découpez le papier en morceaux, puis placez-les dans un pot rempli de terreau et recouvrez-les d’une très fine couche de terre. Arrosez généreusement et gardez la terre constamment humide dans un endroit lumineux et chaud, car c’est la seule façon pour les graines de germer puis de traverser le papier.
Si les jeunes pousses sont assez robustes d’ici la mi-mai, vous pourrez les installer au jardin ou sur le balcon.

Place the paper on a plate and lightly cover it with water. It's best to then cover it with foil or a glass lid to retain the moisture. You can also keep the paper moist over the next few days by spraying it with water using a spray bottle.
After a few days, the first sprouts will appear. Now you can carefully transfer the paper to a seedbed filled with fine-textured soil. Keep it consistently moist until the seedlings are well rooted.
