digital ticket | Collage Diary Workshop: Pieces of My Everyday

Join us at la maison for a hands-on collage workshop where you'll turn everyday moments and observations into personal paper artworks.

Guided by graphic designer and illustrator Liza Borovskaya-Brodskaya of LizaCutz, you'll explore collage as a form of visual diary-writing. Liza will introduce her own paper collage practice and creative process before guiding you through an intuitive hands-on session of cutting and combining paper into new compositions. The focus is on enjoying the process, following your intuition, and letting go of the pressure to create something perfect.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have created 2–3 personal collages in your paper republic journal and explored a new way of capturing everyday experiences on paper. You'll work with an [xl] drawing book refill from paper republic, which will be yours to keep and continue using after the workshop.

What we will explore together

• Discover LizaCutz's paper collage practice and get an insight into her creative process.
• Translate recent experiences and personal reflections into visual compositions through collage.
• Explore how scale and placement can change the mood and meaning of a composition.
• Develop a more intuitive approach to visual storytelling that you can continue using at home.

Your ticket includes one paper republic journal, an [xl] drawing book refill, all materials required for the workshop, and personal guidance from Liza on how to continue or finish your work at home.
